This is a little late but a couple weeks ago, Mitch turned 11! For his birthday, Dad took him and his friend to see Iron Man 2. They absolutely loved it (and not because of the action either)! :) Mom decided to make him a double layer, chocolate iced, cream-filled birthday cake. But not only was there a chocolate one, but Mom decided that she needed a PINK birthday cake. So, Mitch got a chocolate and pink cherry chip birthday cake. It wasn't really a big party, but Mitch had a fun birthday.
Also, Mom turned a year older! (I'm not allowed to say her age. :]) She didn't have anything big planned so we just had a little "party" with Grandma and Grandpa. Best of all, she made herself a Carrot Cake!! For dinner she made her favorite, Taco Salad.

Sounds like you had lots of cake! Maybe next year Alyssa could do all the cooking and let Laura sit back and relax. =)
