Mitch and Allen just LOVE going out and jumping out on the tramp together. Allen says it's a good workout. Mitch always brags about his front flips because he knows Alyssa can't do them. He just can't land on his feet, but we're working on it. Will get pictures on later.

It is a real good workout, however my kids don't let me get on, they're always on it.
